Stemick joins Aspirus Iron River

HEATHER STEMICK
IRON RIVER – Aspirus Iron River Hospital & Clinics is proud to welcome Heather Stemick, PMHNP-BC, to its dedicated team of healthcare providers.
Stemick specializes in comprehensive psychiatric care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, test interpretation and medication management. She is passionate about providing education and support to patients and their families while fostering a collaborative approach to care.
Stemick earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Chamberlain University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Michigan University and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Bay College. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and maintains multiple certifications, including Basic Life Support and Heartsaver Instructor certifications through the American Heart Association.
With experience in psychiatric and mental health services, Heather is skilled in utilizing multiple electronic medical record platforms and managing complex cases in fast-paced healthcare environments. Her professional goal is to deliver compassionate, patient-centered mental health care that promotes wellness, resilience, and quality of life.
