HANCOCK — Copper Shores Community Health Foundation announces the 2026 James Bogan Health Administration Scholarship is now open for applications. This is a one-time $5,000 scholarship targeting master’s-level students in Baraga, Houghton, Keweenaw or Ontonagon county who are seeking to advance their career in healthcare administration.

The deadline to apply is July 27. This scholarship is awarded annually in honor of James Bogan, MBA, FACHE. Bogan was the longtime Chief Executive Officer of Portage Health in Hancock. More information, including the online application, can be found at coppershores.org.
