Pettibone partners with Habitat for Humanity

HANCOCK — Copper Country Habitat for Humanity is grateful for a new partnership with Pettibone Corporation. Pettibone has agreed to assist with an important element of the work of Habitat for Humanity by providing an extended lift to raise the rafters on new Habitat builds. In addition, Pettibone employees will be on site as volunteers for this and other work in the early stages of constructing a new home. The inaugural raising of the rafters in this partnership will take place on Friday, June 11, at the site of this summer’s Habitat build, 18/20 6th Street in South Range.

Community partnerships like this benefit the Habitat families by speeding up one aspect of the construction process and contributes to Habitat’s critical need for volunteers. If you’d like to volunteer for this summer’s build please contact the Copper Country Habitat for Humanity office at 906-482-5376 or at copperh4h.org.
