Interested in helping make this iconic event happen? Keweenaw Brewfest is looking for volunteers! More than 120 volunteers are needed. Shifts fill up quickly, and interested parties are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible at keweenawbrewfest.org. All volunteers will be gifted a souvenir shirt, a Keweenaw Brewfest bottle opener, and a 2024 Keweenaw Brewfest tasting cup. Beginning next year, priority will be given to returning volunteers, as there are generally more volunteers than shifts available.

Volunteers must be 21 years or older, and will be required to attend a one-hour orientation the day before the event. Shifts usually last five hours. Participants are encouraged to dress accordingly for the weather and bring a water bottle. Volunteers are needed for the set-up and tear-down teams, security, assisting in the Brewfest Welcome Area, and acting as beer servers.

Every year, Keweenaw Brewfest is sponsored by several local businesses and organizations. This year, sponsors include the Keweenaw Co-op, Lume Cannabis Co., Pat’s Foods, Houghton Building Supply and many others.

Tickets are non-refundable, and the event will run rain or shine. There will be vendors on-site selling food, but table space is limited. Keweenaw Brewfest is presented by The Rotary Club of Houghton, founded in 1920.
