Circuit Court Sentencings

On Monday, Robert Kittinger was sentenced in Keweenaaw County Circuit Court in Eagle River. Kittinger had pleaded guilty to one count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and one count of operating a motor vehicle without security. Kittinger was assessed fines and costs of $308, and 51 days in jail with credit for time served.

In Baraga County Circuit Court Wednesday, Brian Tellin was sentenced to 10 months in the Baraga County Jail. Tellin pleaded guilty to one count of delivery of methamphetamine. Three other counts were dismissed. He was credited with 180 days served with 120 day.

Also in Baraga County Court, Thomas Larson was scheduled to be sentenced for second degree home invasion. That
