HANCOCK — The Market Beef registration deadline for the Houghton County Fair is this Sunday, February 15, 2026. Youth from Houghton or Keweenaw County aged 9 to 19 on December 31, 2026, are eligible to enter.

New this year, both beef steers and beef heifers are eligible for the market class.

Entry forms can be found on the website, www.houghtoncountyfair.com, under Exhibitors, or email houghtoncountyfair@hotmail.com or call the office at 906-482-6200 to get copies.

A readable photo of the RFID ear tag in the ear shall be submitted with the pre-registration form.

The 2026 Houghton County Fair will be held from Aug. 27 – 30.
