HANCOCK -- The Hancock City Council and the Hancock Schools Board of Education will meet in a special joint session at noon today at the High School. There is only one agenda item which is consideration of Resolution 26-15 which would establish a District Library pursuant to 1989 PA 25 and to approve the District Library Agreement.
There will be an opportunity for the public to address the two entities prior to any discussion and action. The Daily Mining Gazette will attend the meeting and expect to have coverage in Saturday’s edition.
