HOUGHTON -- In recognition of the Labor Day national holiday, no Daily Mining Gazette will be published on Monday (Sept. 7). There is no mail delivery, and the paper will not be available at normal retail outlets. The Gazette offices in downtown Houghton will be closed as well.
The paper will resume publication on Tuesday, Sept. 8 and will be delivered through the US Mail and available at all retail outlets. The Gazette offices will be open for regular hours on Tuesday. Any breaking news over the holiday weekend will be available on our website and emailed to our subscribers.
