CALUMET — A question regarding the status of Main Street Calumet was brought up at the regular November meeting of the Village Council. At issue is a letter dated May 7, 2014, from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority, signed by Laura Krzov, state coordinator of the Michigan Main Street program. SOUTH RANGE — The South Range 4th of July Committee is hosting its First Annual Deer Hunters Ball, according to Committee Chairman Michael Renier. The ball is scheduled for this Saturday, November 18, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the South Range VFW, located at 2 Baltic Avenue, in South Range.
