EAGLE RIVER — Gitche Gumee Bible Camp will be hosting its annual Fall Ladies’ Retreat and Adult Fall Retreats again this year.

The Ladies’ Retreat is a Thursday through Saturday event (September 16 to 18), and our speaker will be Shannon Popkin. Bestselling author and speaker, Shannon Popkin, is the author of Control Girl and Comparison Girl, and has been featured on FamilyLife Today, Revive Our Hearts, and Proverbs 31. The theme of the retreat is Comparison Girl: Lessons from Jesus on Me-Free Living in a Measure-Up World.

Gitche Gumee will also be holding two, five-day Adult Fall Retreats that feature engaging and highly trained Bible teachers, delicious food, and guided tours of the Keweenaw. There are still cabins available: Sept. 20 to 24 and Sept. 27 to Oct. 1.
