Myrna S. Marseille

SHEBOYGAN FALLS – Myrna S. Marseille, 83, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2016, at Pine Haven Christian Home.

Myrna was born on July 20, 1933, in Calumet, daughter of John and Irene (Kotajarvi) Aitta.

She graduated in 1974 from George Williams College in Downers Grove, Illinois, with her Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and received her Master of Science in Administration and Organizational Behavior degree in 1978.

Myrna continued her education at Roosevelt University in Chicago, the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado and the College of Du Page in Lombard, Illinois.

Myrna is from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and also resided in Illinois and most recently in Kohler.

Myrna began her professional career in Lisle, Illinois, as coordinator for Illinois Benedictine College. She then became the assistant to the trade commissioner in the Consulate of Finland in Chicago, Illinois.

Myrna was a member of Bethany Reformed Church in Sheboygan. She enjoyed reading, knitting, sewing, shopping and traveling.

Myrna is survived by her daughter, Ann Siwula of Michigan; her son, James Huebotter of Pennsylvania; and two grandchildren, Corey and Collin Siwula. Myrna is further survived by several cousins and her dear friend, Paul Kimball.

A memorial service to celebrate Myrna’s life will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2016, at the Erickson Crowley Peterson Funeral Home in Calumet. Interment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery in Calumet.

Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Thursday, October 20, 2016, from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
