Elsie Pauline Maki
MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP – Elsie Pauline Wiinamaki Maki, of Marquette Township and a lifelong resident of the Upper Peninsula, entered eternal life with the promise of Jesus Christ on Saturday, February 18, 2017, surrounded by family, friends and hospice.
She was born to John and Mary (Ruohomaki) Makinen of Drummond Island.
Friends may call at Messiah Lutheran Church, 305 West Magnetic Street, Marquette, 49855, on Thursday, February 23, 2017, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the church with Rev. Amanda Kossow officiating. A reception will follow in Magnuson Hall.
Burial will be in the Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may directed to the family.
