DOLLAR BAY — Marvin Luokka, 82, a resident of Dollar Bay passed away Tuesday morning, February 27, 2018, at the Houghton County Medical Care Facility in Hancock where he had been a resident patient for two years. The Memorial Chapel & Plowe Funeral Homes of Hancock are assisting the family with the arrangements which will be announced at a later time.
