Guenther Franz

TEMECULA, Calif. — Guenther Franz, Beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed peacefully of natural causes on Thursday, January 28, 2021, in Temecula, California. Guenther was 98 years young. He is survived by his loving wife for over 67 years, Suse Franz; his daughter, Diane and her family. Prior to retirement, Guenther was proud owner, along with his wife, of the Lakeside Lodge in Eagle Harbor on M-26 for 25 years. There, he and Suse found true friendship within the community of residents of the Keweenaw.
