Daniel J. Stubenrauch
AHMEEK — Graveside services for Daniel J. Stubenrauch age 74, passed away on Wednesday, June 30, will be held on Saturday, September 11, at 11 a.m at the Ahmeek Cemetery.
He was born in Detroit, on May 25, 1947, the adopted son of Henry and Norah Stubenrauch.
He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and was a disabled veteran.
He graduated from Wayne State Mortuary School and worked at various funeral homes in the Detroit area including Lynch and Sons and the Ryan Funeral Home in Calumet.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shelly.
He is survived by his daughter, Heidi (Jim) Kroschel of Maplewood, Minnesota; granddaughters, Ashley (Alex) Arends and Alyssa; grandson, Kyle; great-grandsons, Bryer and Bentley; aunt, Linda Stubenrauch of Ahmeek, Jean (Don) Eckloff of Ontonagon, several cousins including Robert and Steve of Ahmeek and Randy Eckloff.
