Jeanette C. Kujala

She was born to Charles and Miriam (Wiitala) Lindgren on April 24, 1932.

She married Isaac Edwin Kujala on February 17, 1951.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Robert Kujala and siblings, William Lindgren, Betty Maki, Buddy Lindgren, Roy Lindgren, James Lindgren, and Dorine Mort.

Surviving are son, Charles Kujala; daughters Carol (Gary) Brown, Ida Kujala (Kurt Korpela), and Doris (John) Baakko; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, Travis (Kelly) Brown with children Kendra and Landon, Todd (Heidi) Brown with children Jacob, Eli and Stephen, Luke (Melissa) Brown with children Caileb, Taryn and Michael, Kyle Kujala-Korpela, Katy Kujala-Korpela (Peter Schwartz) with children Roger, Walter and Gregory, Johnathon (Carol) Baakko with daughter Sophia, Staci (Nick) Martineau with children Giuliette and Olivia, and Kristena (Johnny) Goodney; sister-in-laws, Dorothy Kujala-Douros, Judy Lindgren, and Roseann Lindgren; a brother-in-law Paul Mort along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. on September 25, 2021, in the Toivola Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Copper Country Humane Society or the American Breast Cancer Society.
