John Eric “Goody” Goodman
CALUMET — John Eric “Goody” Goodman passed away at his home on January 18, 2022. He was born and raised in Calumet to Ralph and Anita (Vorman) Goodman on July 10, 1959.
He graduated with the Calumet class of 1977. He worked for Calumet Electronics for many years. He had the pleasure of delivering the Gazette, making more friends along the way. John was a kind and gentle soul. He loved playing horseshoes at Bucky’s and at camp. He was known as the “horseshoe king”. He enjoyed fishing and sharing his “catches” with everyone. He was always tinkering with something at the camp.
Preceded in death were his parents, Ralph and Anita.
Surviving are his sister and brother-in-law, Cindy (Steve) Kyllonen; niece, Jen (Tony Hatala (who was the light of Johnny’s life); nephews, Steven (Sherry White) Tarvis, Michael (Jen) Tarvis, numerous great nieces and nephews; many cousins and many friends, including close friends, Todd and Karen Mills.
There will be no services. Cherish your memories of Goody.
