Steven H. Strauch

HANCOCK – Steven H. Strauch, 62, passed away on Thursday, June 30th, 2022 at St. Lukes Hospital in Milwaukee, WI, following a short illness. Steven was born on March 24th, 1960 in Milwaukee to Douglas and June (Koski) Strauch. Steve attended Jeffers High School. Steven enjoyed the great outdoors of the U.P., fishing, hunting, and his favorite pass time, picking berries. Steven was preceded in death by his Mother, June C. Strauch, Sister, Sherry Farren, Paternal and Maternal Grandparents. Steve is survived by his Son, Brandon Strauch, Father, Douglas Strauch of Atlantic Mine, Sister, Cindy (Mike) Ruelle of Red Ridge, Brother, Charlie (Holly) Strauch of Atlantic Mine, Sister, Susan Harry of Atlantic Mine, Sister, Pam (Dave) Hanke of East Grosse Pt. Shrs, Sister, Lori Riutta of Hancock, Special friend, Lori Geshel and family of Dodgeville, Good friend Ron Laajala of Atlantic Mine, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. A celebration of life will take place on July 30th, 2022, at the East Houghton Water Front Park Pavillion (near the Super 8 motel) from 1-4 p.m. A graveside burial will take place in the Atlantic Mine Cemetary.
