Jennifer Lynn Heikkinen

She was born on November 2, 1975 in Royal Oak, MI, the daughter of Armas M. “Sonny” and Beverly A. (Lepine) Olli. Most of her life was spent in the Copper Country area and she graduated from Dollar Bay High School in 1993.

Jennifer is survived by her three children Andrew, Kailyn, and Donovan Heikkinen; siblings, Jacob (Melissa) Olli of Hubbell and Nichole (Brad) Buschell of Escanaba; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and niece, Addelyn Olli.

Jennifer enjoyed working with crafts, especially making and collecting dolls. She also liked collecting elephants.

She worked as a CNA in the medical field for approximately 30 years. She was previously employed by Our Lady of Mercy Health & Rehab and Portage Pointe. After relocating to Gladstone, she had been employed as a CNA with North Woods Place in Escanaba.

A graveside prayer service will be held at the Lake Linden Cemetery on a later date. Once scheduled, additional details will be available on the funeral home’s website.
