Betty Berg

She was born on December 28, 1939 in Mohawk a daughter to the late Oscar and Lydia (Antikainen) Isaacson.

Betty graduated from Calumet High School in 1958.

On August 13,1960 she was united in marriage to Marvin Berg and he preceded her in death on November 7, 2017. Also preceding her in death was her Daughter Trudy Anderson, 2 grandchildren Carson and Elizabeth, 1 great grandchild Cora and 3 brothers: William, Paul and John Isaacson.

Betty was a member of the First Apostolic Lutheran Church in Calumet.

Surviving are, 5 sons Russell (Carol) Berg of Laurium, Ronald (Rosemary) Berg of Laurium, Steven (Kara) Berg of Hancock, Matthew (Lynn) Berg of Hancock, Peter (Tanya) Berg of Calumet, 2 daughters: Kathleen (Scott) Halonen of Cokato, MN, Sarah (Ryan) Heinonen of Calumet, 73 Grandchildren, 58 Great Grandchildren, Son in law : Curt (Sharon) Anderson of Laurium,

Visitation will be held on Tuesday October 24, 2023 from 4-8 PM in the First Apostolic Lutheran Church of Calumet, and 1 hour prior to the service on Wednesday October 25, 2023.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday October 25, 2023 at the First Apostolic Lutheran Church of Calumet at 11:00 am with Pastor Mark Halonen to officiate.

Burial will take place in the Lake View Cemetery in Calumet.

The Erickson-Crowley-Peterson Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
