Carol Haischer
LAKE LINDEN — Carol Haischer of Lake Linden, Michigan passed away on May 12, 2024 at Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital in Laurium, Michigan. Carol was born on February 28, 1942 in Laurium, Michigan to John and Mildred (Johnson) Outinen.
Carol first attended the Eagle River Grade School and later went to Calumet High School to continue her education. Later, she worked in the manufacturing industry at Calumet Electronics for a number of years.
Carol married Lionel “Cheche” Haischer on May 31, 1980.
Carol loved to build jigsaw puzzles, work search word books, go shopping, and visit with people.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents John and Mildred Outinen, her husband Lionel Haischer, and brothers Raymond Outinen and Robert (Grace) Outinen.
Carol is survived her brother Paul Outinen, sister Marcia Ahonen and several nieces and nephews.
A service for Carol Haischer will be held at the Erickson-Crowley-Peterson Funeral Home in Calumet, Michigan on Friday, May 17, 2024 at 11 a.m. A visitation will be held at the Erickson-Crowley-Peterson Funeral Home in Calumet, Michigan on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 10 – 11 a.m.
