Jeffrey Collins, 59, a resident of Mohawk, passed away peacefully on Feb. 24, 2025.
A graveside service for Jeff will take place on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 3 p.m. at Lake View Cemetery in Calumet, with Father Gracious Pulimoottil officiating.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Jeff at the Siskiwit Reception Hall following the service. The Erickson Crowley Peterson Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
