Kathryn Mills
INDIANAPOLIS — Kathryn A. Mills, 84, of Indianapolis, passed away on Sept. 1, 2025. She was born on March 22, 1941, in Lake Linden, to the late John and Juliette Ormsby.
She enjoyed nature, loved animals and crafts, but mostly was the most wonderful wife and mother anyone could ever have. She devoted her life to her family and friends.
She is survived by her children, Tonja (Dwayne) Shafer, and John (Lin) Tandal; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and sister, Jacqueline Dahlgren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Mills; her daughter, Sharon McCabe; and her son, Christopher Tandal.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
