Clark Westman
L’ANSE — Clark Westman, age 86 ended his adventurous and earthly life journey on May 3, 2026. Clark was born to Oscar and Helvie (Toyras) Westman in L’Anse and graduated from L’Anse High School in 1958. He married Patricia McGinty on September 14, 1963 in Baraga, Michigan. Clark was a local iron worker and a self employed logger.
Clark is survived by his wife; Patricia Westman of L’Anse, his children; John (Jennifer) Westman of Baraga, Tracey (Greg) Alessandroni of L’Anse, Kristin (Pat) Newland of Green Bay, WI, brother; Terry (Bonnie) Westman of L’Anse, sister; Diane (Charlie) Eshbach of Houghton, grandchildren; Nick (Emily) Alessandroni, Jen Alessandroni, Jordan (Kailey) Newland, Jon Newland, Victor Westman, Izzie Westman, great-grandchildren; Savanna, Nicky, Benny, Finley, great-great-grandchildren; Ryan and Gina.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Helvie (Toyras) Westman sister; Barbara Bolton, brother-in-law; Rodney Bolton, and grandchild, Thomas Westman.
A private graveside service will be held. Jacobson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
