Alex Paavola

TAPIOLA — A graveside service for Alex (Adam) David Paavola, 39, a resident of Tapiola, who passed away on, May 25, 2025, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the Elo Cemetery with Rev. Kelley Ylitalo to officiate. Following the graveside service, all are welcome to join together at the Mission United Lutheran Church in Pelkie for a luncheon and celebration of Alex's life. Kenneth Olson

Kenneth "KO" Olsen, age 58, a resident of Calumet, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at his home.  A funeral service for Kenneth will take place on Monday, July 14, 2025, at 12 p.m. at the Erickson Crowley Peterson Funeral Home in Calumet with Pastor Larry Molloy officiating. Visitation will take place from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at the funeral home. Following the service, Kenneth will be laid to rest at Waasa Cemetery in Hancock Township.
