CALUMET — David Linja of Calumet, passed away on July 8, 2026 in God’s country, Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Dave was born on February 23, 1961 in Garden City, Michigan to Edsel and Esther Linja. Dave proudly served in the US Navy for 30 years. He retired as a Master Chief in 2010. Afterwards, Dave and his wife, Anne, moved up north and enjoyed spending their time at his grandfather’s old farm (when they weren’t snowed in).
