To the editor:

I would like to say thank you to Dr. Grant Olson, DVM, and staff at Northland Veterinary Clinic 1111 Hecla St. in Hancock for the excellent and most compassionate care for a tiny little Yorkshire terrier. On a late Saturday night, this little abandoned Yorkie was in dire need of veterinary care, and it was a matter of life and death. Dr. Olson met us at the clinic on 9:30 that night and treated the little dog. Dr. Olson kept him there overnight for treatment.

He called the following day and said the dog was doing much better, and he could be picked up. I picked him up and he was so much stronger. Dr. Olson saved his life.

I brought the dog home, and he is recuperating and getting stronger everyday. Dr. Olson called a few days later to check on how the dog was doing.

I recommend Dr. Olson and Northland Veterinary Clinic for top-notch veterinary care.
