Bergman ducks Court question
To the editor:
Bergman claims to be a defender of the Constitution and says he’ll “give you a straight answer,” but he ducked a question from the audience about whether he is in favor of putting President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee up for a vote as the Constitution mandates because he said he didn’t have the time to look into that issue! That is not a straight answer. So much for his defense of the Constitution. My vote is for Lon Johnson.
