Constitutional crisis

To the editor:

If liberty and equality, as is thought by the majority, are chiefly to be found in a a democracy, they will be best attained when all citizens alike share in the government. The leaders of this government must lead through moral authority, must be lacking in depraved thoughts and must possess a mind bent on justice.

In this current time of blatant disregard of law and constitution by our leaders (Trump, his family and cronies), we all must be circumspect and stand up to what is wrong and stand up to what is wrong and dangerous to our democracy.

The turning of the wheel of the law began its motion with the energy of our founding fathers. its motion continued through the centuries waning at times but never stopping. Now is the time when the potential exists to stop the wheel, vigilance is needed for all citizens (especially elected officials). Keep informed of what is happening on a daily basis by listening to the loving by calling your congressional representatives. Do not let the wheel stop; you are the majority, your constitution is a stake.

Power to the peep!
