Missed chance with ShopKo
To the editor:
The new jail could have gone into the Shopko building.
Plenty of room for inmates for years to come. High enough for second level observation of inmates. Indoor parking, and it wouldn’t cost the county $15 Million.
Maybe the County could make a deal with the Evangel Church to acquire the property.
