I want to thank Rep. Bergman for standing with the constituents of his district and signing on to the Amicus Brief. While conspiracy theories from both sides of the spectrum have been rampant since the 2016 election, this was not one of them.

For those who are willing to read more than a headline, you would understand that this did not seek to overturn the election. Instead, it addressed the Michigan Secretary of State’s multiple overreaches on the constitution and election laws. We stand with Rep.
