To the editor:

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say a sincere “thank you” to the Houghton Transit System. The citizens of our area are truly fortunate to have their buses available and the services they provide. My experiences have been nothing but positive on every requested ride.

Not only are they reliable and timely, but the excellent drivers are courteous and caring.

The cost for the transport is very reasonable and the buses are even clean!

I’m sure I am not alone in hoping this transport service never changes the hours of operation or worse, is discontinued.

I appreciate this transit system and the hard work I’m sure it demands to continue to run so efficiently.

Keep on bussing!
