Calumet Kids Fishing Derby a success

Our 18th Annual Calumet Kids Fishing Derby on July 15 at the Swedetown Pond was a fun time had by all.

Two hundred two kids enjoyed catching hundreds of fish with a free hot dog lunch when the fishing ended.

Prizes were awarded to the largest bluegill, perch, bullhead and the smallest fish, and every kid who registered a fish was able to pick a prize.

The Calumet-Keweenaw Sportsmen’s Club would like to thank the following for their support and donations.
