Summer Slam a success

The Good Times Music Summer Slam concert series was a raging success again this year, and there’s a lot of thanks to go around! We’d like to thank all the community members who came out to listen, socialize, and have a great time all summer long! We’d also like to thank all our bands for making Wednesday evenings in Downtown Houghton magical!

Bands that played were: Uncle Floyd, Del’s Camino, Bling Crosby, Chad Borgen & The Collective, Willowby, Uncle Pete’s Red Hot Review, The Jana Nyberg Group, Keweenaw Brewgrass, Lupine, and Split Shyft.

We’d also like to thank all our sponsors. We couldn’t do it without you. One Truth

Why is there a global effort of the world religions to join together? Motive includes unity. Perspectives like Jesus in THE way rather than Jesus is A way are incompatible with global unity.

An article I read claims there’s an “interfaith” effort to save Mother Earth. It’s well funded by the United Nations, billionaire globalists and numerous governments. Interfaith includes pagan, Islamic, pantheistic, spiritual, etc. A key part of the transition into the new order is a redefinition of morality. The movement is to build and empower the “United Nations of Religions.” Globalists are methodically hijacking, uniting, and weaponizing religion and religious institutions under the guise of saving “Mother Earth.”

In Revelation 17 Mystery Babylon is understood as a powerful, corrupt and false religious system that dominates during the end times. It’s seen as the Mother of Harlots meaning it’s the origin of all other false religions embodying the idea of a unified, apostate religious front. It’s interpreted as a deceptive, unifying force designed by Satan to bring all people under his false religious system.

In the Tribulation, Satan will have what he has always wanted, i.e., he will sit on the throne of God, be worshipped as God and reign over an earthly kingdom which will last just 3 1/2 years. All this is to distract people worldwide from the one truth that saves, i.e., repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
