Hancock Christmas Walk Successful

The Hancock Business Association would like to thank the following for making the 54th annual Christmas Walk a success on Friday, Nov 28. “Whoville in Hancock” was led by Santa on the firetruck to the tree lighting at Memorial Park. A huge Thank you goes to the Hancock Department of Public Works, City of Hancock, Hancock Firefighters and Hancock City Police. Also to Tom Bauer with dog sled rides, Dave Lucchesi and Jody Meneguzzo with downtown music, Annie Miller doing face painting and Karen Palosaari driving the tractor pulling the Houghton County Fair people Mover giving rides for the community.
Thank you to all the volunteers who made our Walk happen and a big thank you goes to the following: Todd Gast, Griffin Cafe, Amy J’s, Pat’s Foods, Keweenaw Co-op, Gino’s, Uncle’s Local Diner, Tadych’s Marketplace, The Flower Shop, U.P.
