Lexi Burns is the daughter of Cat and Brent Burns. Lexi is a recent graduate of Houghton High School where she was president of her senior class and vice president of the Pep Club. She was a member of the National Honor Society, Key Club International and the Travel Club. Lexi received both a Leading Scholars Scholarship and a Copper Shores Scholarship through Michigan Technological University. Lexi is employed as a bartender at the Keweenaw Brewing Company. She has volunteered her time with holiday meals for Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly for more than eight years. Lexi played softball, basketball and volleyball throughout high school. She enjoys playing golf, juggling and spending time on the water in the summer. Lexi will be attending Michigan Technological University this fall to study exercise science. She plans to study abroad in the summer of 2027. Lexi is sponsored by Roy Family Chiropractic.
