E-TC girls beat Drummond
DRUMMOND, Wis. — Ewen-Trout Creek made the long road trip to Drummond worth it, beating the Lumberjills 65-48 Friday night.
“The girls played well,” E-TC coach Jacky Besonen said. “It was a good team win again. They shared the ball with each other. I thought for the most part our defense was pretty good.”
E-TC had 15 assists to just five turnovers. Three Panthers finished in double figures — Elise Besonen had 19, Abbie LeGault had 16 and Maddie Cronkright 10. Paige Berglund led the Panthers with five steals.
