HANCOCK — Finlandia senior Kirsten L’Esperance was named the American Collegiate Athletic Association Offensive Player of the Week for women’s soccer.

L’ Esperance had a strong week in a 6-0 win over Crown on Sept. 5. She scored three goals, including the first three of the game, out of five shots on net. L’Esperance recorded her fourth career hat trick and second against Crown in as many games.

This is the fifth time in her career, L’Esperance has won the award.

Finlandia hosts Maranatha Baptist at 4 p.m. Friday.
