Shottle Bop wins in Wisconsin again
NEENAH, Wis. — In a rematch from the Guts Frisbee 2023 Wisconsin State Championship, two Copper Country teams, Monte Carlo and Shottle Bop, met again in the finals, and for the second year in a row, Shottle Bop came out on top. They took a different road to get there, however.
Monte Carlo won the winners bracket final over U.P. Hardwoods, and also sent Shottle Bop to the losers bracket earlier in a tough three-game match.
Shottle Bop worked their way back to the finals through the losers bracket, where they prevailed in another three-game match, including a 28-26 final game.
Thirteen teams competed over the weekend that featured windy and cloudy conditions for Sunday evenings final.
