Michigan Tech sophomore tennis player Caoimbe McDonnell won her doubles match with teammate Alexandra Nikonenko against Lake Superior State’s top pairing of Maddie Whip and Valentina Parodi. The Belfast, Ireland, native battled Tayla Brasier in the singles matches, winning the first set, 6-4, before dropping the next two, 6-4, 6-3.
