The Calumet Copper Kings bowling teams had a split day Saturday as the girls defeated Escanaba by forfeit, the boys team lost to the Eskymos 35-5, and the Copper Kings’ X Team defeated Gladstone’s X Team, 32-8.

Senior Linkin Carlin paced the Copper Kings boys with a pair of 216 games on the day, which earned him honor scores.
