Michigan Tech tennis player Haitam Aboufirassi was the only men’s player to earn a point during a tough road trip for the Huskies that resulted in losses to Ferris State, 6-1, Friday and 7-0 to Wayne State Saturday. The sophomore from Montreal, Quebec won his point at No. 5 singles, where he won in a tiebreaker, 1-6, 7-5 (10-7). It was his third singles win in his first season at Michigan Tech.
