Marietta wins in the Lake Linden Watercross races

LAKE LINDEN -- In late August, the Lake Linden Watercross races saw Jimmy Marietta take home wins in a pair of categories over the course of the weekend.
He won the Pro Open and the Pro Stock.
In the Pro Open, Marietta beat Nick Mattila for the title. Tyler Baird, Adam Hiller and Kadyn Hudak finished third through fifth.
In the Pro Stock, Marietta finished ahead of Baird and Hudak on the podium. Justin Jurva and Ben Eastman finished fourth and fifth.
In the Semi Pro Open, Nick Hagemann won the top spot, edging out Blake Moyle. Jurva, Scott Lang, and Jesse Barrette finished third through fifth.
In the Sport Open, Jake Domagaski took the top spot. He beat out Ryan Treadeau and Kaiden Kaurala, who also made the podium. Alex Bracco and Dave Green finished fourth and fifth, respectively.
In the Semi Pro Stock, Lang took the top slot. He edged out Sam Yobbie and Rod Nylund. Hagemann and Eric Mattila finished fourth and fifth.
