Despite the Calumet Copper Kings football team losing to Escanaba Friday, quarterback Tyler Halonen had a very strong game. He was 7-of-15 through the air for 95 yards. On the ground, he ran 21 times for 128 yards and a touchdown. His longest run was 39 yards. Defensively, he chipped in with four solo tackles and five assists.
