Glen Westerberg

Nov. 16, 1954 – March 31, 2024

PESHTIGO, WI – Glen Keith Westerberg, age 69, passed away at Aurora Bay medical center in Green Bay, WI on March 31 following a lengthy illness.

He was born Nov. 16, 1954 in Hancock, MI to Bernard and Dorothy Westerberg. He was a graduate of Lake Linden-Hubbell High School, then enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving 3 years. After that, he moved to Marinette, WI and worked at the Marinette Marine Shipyard until his retirement.

He was united in marriage to Sandra Donbert on April 29, 1995 in Marinette. She preceded him in death in May of 2021.

Glen was preceded in death by his father, Bernard Westerberg of Hubbell, brother Ronald Westerberg of Lake Linden and sister Jodi Vichich of Ahmeek.

Surviving is mother Dorothy of Hubbell; 3 sisters, Sandra Judson of Cedarburg, WI, Gayle (Andre) Soumis of L’Anse, Valerie (Paul) Colombe of Grand Rapids, MI. Two brothers, Gary (Kari) Westerberg of Lake Linden and Steven Westerberg of Lake Linden. Two stepsons, Richard Brofka of Marinette, WI, and Michael Brofka of Milwaukee, WI. As well as many aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

As requested by Glen he was cremated, and there will be no visitation or service.
