Hancock: Irene Mae Edgar, 81, the woman who loved everyone and was a lifelong resident of Hancock, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 5, 2026 at Canal View – Houghton County.

Graveside services and interment will be held at the family lot at Forest Hill Cemetery in Houghton on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 2 p.m. section 15, with Pastor Brahm Semmler Smith to officiate.
