• Keweenaw Support 4 Healthy Minds monthly meeting, 6:30 p.m. Portage Lake District Library. Keweenaw Support 4 Healthy MInds is a public group, and we welcome anyone interested in our mission: “to support healthy minds through connection and community.” Our goals are to talk more openly about mental health to reduce stigma, to build a resilient community by educating the public, and to support those at risk for mental health and substance use crises. • Art N Chill Teen Art Club. 4-5 p.m. Portage Lake District Library. Learn to relax and create with fellow artists.Feel free to bring a sketchbook and any traditional media you love to use. The library will also have drawing supplies on hand.

• Copper Country Community Mental Health Services’ Board meeting will be held at 5:00 p.m. in the Boardroom at Copper Country Mental Health’s Rice Memorial Center in Houghton.
May 31
• Copper Range Historical Society will hold its Annual Open House on Saturday, May 31, 2025, from noon-3:00. There will be a special display by Brandon Erickson, who will share his expertise and collection of old bottles. Refreshments available. The museum’s Open Season begins on Tuesday, June 3, with the final day on Friday, September 26, noon-3:00. Open Tuesday-Friday in June & September, and Monday-Friday in July & August. • Noteworthy Spring Concert, presenting The Beatles, 7 p.m. Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, Hancock. From “All My Loving” to “Yellow Submarine,” the women’s barbershop chorus Noteworthy will celebrate the music of the Beatles. Noteworthy is the region’s only women’s barbershop chorus, with a repertoire of singable melodies performed a cappella in four-part harmony. Admission is free to Noteworthy concerts. A free-will offering will be taken to benefit Meals on Wheels.
June 7
• Pancake Breakfast 8 a.m. to noon 527 Hancock Street, Hancock. Little Brother Friends of the Elderly will host a Pancake Breakfast, with bake sale & raffle prizes. Adults $8, 7 and under free. Proceeds will support medical transportation program.
