• MSU Extension Cow Calf Meeting, 6 p.m. Baraga Lakeside Inn, Baraga. Frank Wardynski, MSU Extension Educator, will be conducting a Cow Calf Meeting to provide a forum for producers to stay informed on management, markets, and emerging issues that can impact profitability and long-term operational success.Reservations are required. • DNR Western U.P. Advisory Committee, 6 p.m. Baraga Lakeside Inn, Baraga. The Michigan Department of Natural Resources’ Western Upper Peninsula Citizens’ Advisory Council is scheduled to hear updates on the history and management of oak wilt, learn about a new digital tagging option for hunters called eHarvest and consider support for council wildlife committee recommendations when the council meets in Baraga. March 26

• MTU Book Sale. The Annual Michigan Tech Library book sale will be held this year in the Memorial Union Building (MUB) on campus. The main sale, including library withdrawals, will be Thursday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

March 27

• Neighbor’s Table Community Meal, 5:30 – 7 p.m. Faith Lutheran Church in Calumet. The monthly Neighbor’s Table community meal will be served at Faith Lutheran Church in Calumet between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m., with take outs available between 6:30 and 7 p.m.. All are welcome, at no charge.

March 31

• The Chassell All School Reunion Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Chassell VFW building. All alumni are invited to attend. There will be the opportunity to join the meeting virtually. Call 906-523-4564 for more information. The next reunion is planned for July 12, 2026, in Chassell.
