• Hancock Farmer’s Market 2-6 p.m. Quincy Green. The weekly Hancock Farmer’s Market offers fresh local produce, baked goods and handmade crafts at Quincy Green.

• Copper Harbor Performance in the Park, 7 p.m. Donny Kilpela Memorial Park. Tonight’s performance is by Tapestry.

• Downtown Houghton Concert Series, 7 p.m. Ray Kestner Waterfront Park. Tonight, enjoy rockin’ country from Outlaw’d. There is no charge. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on. Kids can play at Chutes and Ladders nearby.

• Copper Country Community Band Concert, 7 p.m. Lake Linden Park. The Copper Country Community Band will host its final concert of the summer season at Lake Linden Park. There is no charge, although donations to support the band are welcome. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on.

• Daniell Park Concert, 7 p.m. Daniell Park Laurium. Tonight’s program will feature “The Other Side of Pewabic,” a mother-daughter country and light rock duo.

• L’Anse Waterfront Concert, 7 p.m. L’Anse Park. Tonight’s performer is Chad Borgan.

• Movies on the Green 9:30 p.m. Quincy Green, Hancock. Tonight’s movie is “Inside Out 2.”

• Blood Drive – Hancock. 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Canal View Houghton County, Hancock. The UP Regional Blood Center will hold a blood drive at Canal View in Hancock. Walk-ins are welcome.

• Blood Drive – L’Anse, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. L’Anse Methodist Church. The UP Regional Blood Center will hold a blood drive at the L’Anse Methodist Church. Walk-ins are welcome.

• Baragaland Senior Citizens Meal, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Green Hill Manor. Senior meals brought to you by Baragaland Senior Citizens. Meals are served from 11:30am to 12:30pm at the Green Hill Manor in L’Anse. Suggested donation of $5 for 60+ and $6.50 for under 60. All meals include milk or water and bread and butter. • Mental Health Board Meeting. The Copper Country Community Mental Health Services’ Board meeting will be held at 5 p.m. at Copper Country Mental Health’s Ontonagon County Center located at 515 Quartz Street in Ontonagon.

• Inter-Lutheran Seminary. The fall semester starts on Wednesday, Sept. 2. Daily classes include Christian Dogmatics II, Eschatology, Gospel of Mark, Genesis, Evangelism, Churches, Sects & Isms and Daniel. The Monday night class will be the Acts of the Apostles and starts on Sept. 14, at 916 Pine Street, Hancock and also available online.
