• Musical Mondays, 7 p.m. The Keweenaw Heritage Center at St. Anne’s Calumet. 2026 Concert Series “Raise the Roof: Play Fast and Loud (mostly).” Tonight’s performance is by the Keweenaw Historical Music Ensemble. Admission by donation to the Roof Fund.

• Houghton Farmers Market, 3-6 p.m. Downtown Houghton Pier. Local fresh produce, baked goods, and handcrafted items.

• Mohawk Park Concert, 6-8 p.m. Mohawk Park US 41, Mohawk. Tonight’s music is by The Gariepys.

• Covington Pavilion Concert. 7 p.m. Multi-purpose building, M-28 Covington. Tonight is the last concert for the season with music by U.P. Gumbo.

• Mental Health Board Meeting. The Copper Country Community Mental Health Services’ Board meeting will be held at 5 p.m. at Copper Country Mental Health’s Ontonagon County Center located at 515 Quartz Street in Ontonagon.

• Baragaland Senior Citizen Meal, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Green Hill Manor. Senior meals brought to you by Baragaland Senior Citizens. Meals are served from 11:30am to 12:30pm at the Green Hill Manor in L’Anse. Suggested donation of $5 for 60+ and $6.50 for under 60. All meals include milk or water and bread and butter. • Adventures in History, 7 p.m. Eagle Harbor Community Center. Tonight: Herman Huovinen’s Last Shift Mining Copper at Champion #4. Herman’s grandson, Jim Huovinen, will sketch Herman’s immigration to America in 1882 and his life as a family man and miner in the Copper Country. Jim lives in Eagle River with his wife Dar and is a retired Midland High teacher and former underground laborer for C&H. Admission- $5. More Info: https://keweenawhistory.org/events

• Summer Slam Concert Series, 7-9 p.m. Houghton Downtown Pier. Tonight’s performance is by Steve Jones and the Tall Grass Band, with traditional Jazz and Swing.

• Inter-Lutheran Seminary. The fall semester starts on Wednesday, Sept. 2. Daily classes include Christian Dogmatics II, Eschatology, Gospel of Mark, Genesis, Evangelism, Churches, Sects & Isms and Daniel. The Monday night class will be the Acts of the Apostles and starts on Sept. 14, at 916 Pine Street, Hancock and also available online.
